1. Complaints are accepted within 10 days after SHIPMENT of the goods. A statement about the problem detected must be made immediately upon receipt of the goods (within 24 hours).

2. Please make detailed pictures including packaging, packing codes etc.

3. Please send us detailed description with pictures, invoice numbers, amounts involved not later than within 3 days after you received the goods.

4. We will consider your informations, try to find out the causes of damage and contact you regarding further procedures, credits, etc.

5. Normally we make credit invoices once a month

6. We always try to solve problems in a friendly partner–like and mutually profitable way. Please do the samе.

Please also pay attention to items whose quality is unstable and we cannot guarantee that they will reach you in proper form. For this reason, in case of complaints, we will not be able to write off these items.

1. Plants of A2 quality.
2. Something that was supposed to travel on water (see recommendations for purchase and transportation), but traveled without.
3. Tulips and mimosas.
4. Flowers and potted plants which are out of season.
5. Roses from non-European producers.
6. Flowers and potted plants from gardeners, which we do not recommend purchasing.
7. Delicate flowering plants, both indoors (eg saintpaulia, begonia, anthurium, cyclamen) and outdoors (eg impatiens, campanula, lavanda, primula, fuchsia) which do not do well in boxes. If you order such plants in boxes, it is unfortunately impossible to guarantee that they will always arrive without problems. Therefore, packing tender and blooming flowers into boxes is also at your risk.
8. Please note that if flowers/plants are in transit for more than 7 days, then we cannot guarantee that they will arrive without problems. Especially if they are dry in boxes. In this case, we will not be able to accept complaints.
9. If flowers and plants along the way were reloaded from one truck to another. Often this does not happen in proper conditions, for example outside in the heat, and we have no way to control it.
10. We will not be able to write off shortages if there are not enough flowers in the pack. There is no way to count the flowers in a pack. If this happens regularly, please do not buy from this gardener.

Thanks!
