Peony season!

Peony season in Holland has started again! Normally it it starts at the end of May and goes on till the beginning of July.

Ninety per cent of peonies, sold at the Dutch auctions are produced in Holland, but there are also early varieties from Israel and France. There are about 200 growers in the world, who grow about 1000 various sorts of peony.
